To make your buying process simple and easy, we will present the prescription request web form after you complete your order. It will appear on the order success page. We will also send you an email with a link to the prescription request form. Click here to see how the prescription request form looks like.
Where do I get my presciption?
The Optician is legally obliged to provide you with a copy of your prescription after your eye test. If they don't give you this, make sure you ask them.
How recent does my prescription have to be?
Your prescription must be no older than two years. Your recommended intervals between eye tests vary depending on your age and health.
