A: Once you've had an eye examination at your local opticians you should be issued with a prescription by law. If your Optician does not give you your prescription as standard, ask to have a copy. They will be happy to provide. Of course you might already have a prescription from a previous sight test and providing it is still valid you can use that - prescriptions are normally valid for two years from the date of the eye examination. If you have any difficulty please call or email and we can guide you further.
A: Depending on your frame selection and your prescription requirements your spectacles can be dispatched on the same day if your order is received before 3pm. Most of the lower prescription spectacles can be processed on the same day; however some prescriptions require us to order special lenses which may take slightly longer. Once you confirm your order we will notify you of an expected delivery date.
A: Non prescription sunglasses can be dispatched on the same day if your order is received before 3pm. Lower prescription sunglasses can also be dispatched on the same day however some prescriptions require us to order special lenses which may take slightly longer but we will notify you of this when you submit your order and confirm an expected delivery date.
A: We create all of your spectacles in our own laboratory; we have a very efficient team of technicians ready to create your bespoke spectacles and sunglasses using only the very best lenses from leading suppliers such as Essilor and Kodak.

If you are unhappy with your prescription glasses or sunglasses you can return these to us as long as they are in perfect condition, including the case, lens cloth and any accessories including the original packaging. We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery and insure the product cost as this will give you proof of delivery.
When we receive your item we will refund the frame however we cannot refund upgrade options such as tints, thinner lenses, bifocal or postage upgrades. For standard prescription lenses a £10.00 handling charge will be deducted.
